This innovative upside-down home features a first-floor entrance leading to a cantilevered living and kitchen area, with bedrooms located on the ground floor for practicality and privacy.
The cantilevered structure is supported by a precision-engineered steel frame, creating an open and spacious design. Concrete floors and stairs were chosen for their durability, insulation properties, and rigid construction, ensuring durability and longevity.
The exterior combines brickwork and render, blending traditional and modern materials to achieve a robust and refined finish. Vale House is a testament to thoughtful engineering and high-quality construction.
